Our Executive Chef selects premium ingredients and skillfully blends them.
Two uniquely flavored sauces are created:
Homemade XO Sauce and Homemade Sichuan Spicy Chili Sauce.
These sauces can be used to enhance the flavors of dishes or as dipping sauces,
adding endless surprises to your meals. They also make the ideal gift for special occasions.

Homemade XO Sauce

Selected Japanese dried scallops, premium dried shrimp, dried prawns from Tai O, Jinhua ham from Zhejiang, fresh finger chili peppers and Sichuan dried chili peppers are used to create a rich and aromatic sauce. The combination of these delicious ingredients emits a strong savory flavor that is unparalleled in freshness. Just a small spoonful can elevate any dish to perfection.

Homemade Sichuan Spicy Chili Sauce

Made with specially crafted spices, this sauce perfectly balances the spicy and numbing flavors, making it ideal for those who love a kick.
