Guest Services Officer

Taking the job, you are required to:

Responsible for checking in/out guests and arranging room change if deemed necessary
Handling guests’ enquiries in a professional manner
Handling foreign exchange for in-house guests and upselling to promote hotel services and facilities
Ensuring frontline services in upmost standard and maintaining a good relationship with guests

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
Outgoing and pleasant personality, customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Maintain the established standards of cleanliness and services through supervision of room attendants
Attend to requests and complaints concerning guest room and services
Act as a departmental trainer in coaching the team members in rendering an efficient and personalized service to guests
