1. 管理所有廚房人員的調配,採取與品牌文化、工作方法、溝通、招聘等一致的管理方式。

【崗位職責】
1、協助酒店高層負責整個酒店的運營,收集客服過程中出現的問題資訊。
2、在前廳經理的直接領導下,助理大堂經理負責整個酒店在輪班期間的正常運作。
3、負責處理客人的問題和投訴。
4、負責重要客人的接待工作。
5、開展全酒店的安全和日常設備檢查工作。

【崗位要求】
1、2年以上同崗位工作經驗。
2、能用流利的英語從事前臺服務,形象氣質佳,精通電腦操作,具有較強的英語聽說讀寫能力。

1、負責內務部的整體運營和運營;分配和監督員工的工作,制定工作計畫。
2、確保部門成本和各項費用能得到很好的控制。
3、根據酒店運營規範,隨時檢查房間、設施設備及各項物品。
4、制定部門年度預算,確保部門運營費用控制在預算範圍內。
5、檢查內務部的設施和管理情況,抽查,提高部門整體工作品質和工作效率。

【崗位職責】
開展銷售活動並為客戶提供服務,包括與客戶會面,處理客戶查詢,準備業務提案,維護良好的資料庫以及所有銷售電話活動和業務交易的記錄。
與企業客戶保持良好關係,獲得更多客戶。
定期與客戶會面,處理主動銷售電話和被動銷售線索。
根據設定的指導方針提前計畫,系統地開展銷售活動。
確保所有查詢得到及時有效的處理。
與內部客人會面以建立關係並獲得客人的意見。
