TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Effective 1st January 2025, room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax as stipulated by the Hong Kong Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348).
Room rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (if any).
All rooms and rates are subject to availability and are taken at the discretion of the hotel.
All activities should be conducted inside the designated guestroom. No activity, such as throwing rice, is allowed in hotel’s public areas.
Flammable items and candles are prohibited in guestroom.
Must not cause any disturbance to other hotel guests.
A non-refundable and non-transferrable full prepayment by credit card is required at the time of booking.
No amendment or cancellation is allowed upon confirmation.
All privileges are non-transferrable and will be suspended upon check-out.
