香港ホテル宿泊税条例 (第 348 条) によると、ホテルに宿泊する方に課税される法定外目的税（宿泊料金の３％）で、2025年1月1日から実施されています。

Terms & Conditions:

Effective 1st January 2025, room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax as stipulated by the Hong Kong Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348).
This offer is applicable to direct booking through hotel website.
The above room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (if any).
Registered guest names are non-transferable and unchangeable.
A Long Staying Agreement is required to be signed.
This promotion is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis.
No cancellation or amendment is allowed.
This offer is subject to room availability and changes without prior notice.
