• Responsible for daily operation at front desk counter
• Handle daily Front Desk operation including check-in/out services, handle guest enquiries and complaints with a professional manner
• Maintain high standard of services to guests
• More experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Officer

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Hotel industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
