Miyazaki A5 Wagyu beef is renowned for its tenderness, juiciness, and rich, robust flavour, complemented by a firm texture. From August to October, Senzuru offers an 8-course "Smoked Miyazaki A5 Wagyu Beef Set (One person)" that showcases the versatility and excellence of this premium Japanese beef.
The set includes: Seared Lean Tuna Tataki & Mixed Vegetable Salad, Cold Steamed Abalone, Salmon Head Pumpkin Soup, Squid Fried Ramen, etc. The Teppanyaki main courses include the sweet Smoked Scallop with a delightful smoky flavour, as well as the crispy and fragrant Smoked Miyazaki A5 Wagyu Beef Steak. The marbling inside is rich and luscious. The smokiness enhances the beef’s flavour. To conclude this remarkable dining experience, a refreshing Coconut Sorbet is served, providing a palate-cleansing finale.
