Terms and conditions:

Effective 1st January 2025, room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax as stipulated by the Hong Kong Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348).
This offer is applicable to direct booking through hotel website.
Room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (if any).
Registered guest names are non-transferable and unchangeable.
A Long Staying Agreement is required to be signed.
This promotion is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis.
No cancellation or amendment is allowed.
The offers are subject to room availability and changes without prior notice.
