Floor Supervisor

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Responsible for all assigned floor and room cleaning, responsible for room inspection of room VIPs.
2. Work closely with the front desk to ensure the correct room status at all times.
3. Ensure that guest privacy is maintained in a "Do Not Disturb" state.
4. Responsible for the strict control of the key and comply with the key management process.
5. Perform routine inspections of guest rooms' corridors and common areas.
6. Quickly report maintenance needs to the engineering department and follow up on project maintenance.

7 . Ensure that the lost and found procedures are followed, and contact the guest in time to return the lost and found to the guest.

8. Adhere to the hotel's cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a clean and tidy environment for guests.

9.Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the work area where maintenance is located.

10.Ensure that all reports and services are completed on time.

11.Adhere to the hotel's security system, emergency handling regulations and procedures.

12.Perform any other reasonable duties and duties as assigned.

【Job requirements】

1. More than 2 years working experience in room management of the same star.
2. Master familiar with room management, service process and quality standards.
3. Have organizational and coordination ability, adaptability, management ability, written expression ability and information management ability.
