Hotel Accommodation Tax
Effective 1st January 2025, room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax as stipulated by the Hong Kong Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348)
Our Deluxe Rooms are located on the higher floors with most overlooking the Tin Shui Wai Central Park. With sizes between 36 and 38 sq. m (388 - 409 sq. ft), all Deluxe Rooms have a bedroom with either twin beds or one king-sized bed. Moreover, a cozy dining area and a spacious living room are also featured. Extra bed is available at a cost.
