根據香港政府的新法例《2023年產品環保責任(修訂)條例草案》，由2024年4月22日起，酒店不會在客房內向客人免費提供即棄洗漱用品及塑膠瓶飲用水，但可應要求提供收費的服務。 詳情請按此。
酒店房租稅
根據香港酒店房租税條例（第 348 章）的規定，由2025年1月1日起，所有酒店住宿均需繳付房價3% 的酒店房租税。
