rEQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above in Business Administration / Purchasing & Supply Management / Hotel Management related discipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience in purchasing with skills and competency to handle food & beverage or non-food purchases, cost analysis, supplier performance management, quotation monitoring and report updating. Working experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
• Strong sense of integrity, self-motivated, a good team player, good analytical, problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CheckSCM application is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese
